This month's most important event is the annual bring and buy sale on Saturday may 12th. Goods for the sale may be left in to the premises any night we're open; the committee will be grateful up for all donations to help your club. It's a very enjoyable night, so be sure to come and get the bargains!

The Annual bus outing is being arranged; Sunday July 1st is the proposed date, and the planned destination, Huntington Castle and Altamont Gardens in Carlow. Further details will be given in next month's Bulletin, D.V.

Programme of events

Saturday

5th & 19th   Cards and games at 8.30pm

25, poker, board games - Countdown, Trivial pursuit, Dingbats, Scrabble ( De Luxe Edition), chess, Ludo or jigsaws. There will be a lovely supper as well. Admission €5.

12th  Bring and buy sale at 8.30pm

Bring the goodies- home-baked cakes always "sell like hot cakes ", groceries, books and CDS are very popular too, as are unwanted gifts; BUY whatever you like, all at bargain prices. Cait's STRAW DRAW is exciting, with lovely prizes to be won - but if you're not in, you can't win, so don't use it! Bring friends and neighbours too. Admission is free; tea and biscuits will be served.

26^th “Come-All-Ye” at 8.30pm

Cait Clynch, your hostess, will give you an opportunity to sing, play a tune, read or recite a poem or tell a story. She's a wonderful cook, so there will be a super supper. Admission E5

June 2^nd Card and Games at 8.30pm

Mondays

14^th, 21^st & 28^th Table Tennis at 8.30pm

 
Snooker, pool, Scrabble, Darts, Chess or other board games, or come for a chat. Admission E3 included tea and biscuits. Table tennis players are asked to wear suitable shoes to comply with Insurance Regulations.

Wednesday

2nd Executive Committee Meeting at 8.30pm

Thursdays

10^th & 24^th Table quiz at 8.30pm

E16 for a table for 4; there's a CASH PRIZE for winners and a PRIZE for the FUNNIEST WRONG ANSWER. Bring a team, or come on your own and join with  others there. A lot of easy questions, and fun for all! Tea and biscuits included.

Friday

4^th, 11^th, 18^th & 25^th Table Tennis, Pool, Snooker at 8.30pm

Please wear suitable footwear to comply with Insurance Regulations. Admission E3 includes tea and biscuits.
