A HAPPY, PEACEFUL AND BLESSED NEW YEAR to all our MEMBERS, RELATIVES AND FRIENDS.

For the last 2 years we in ABC CLUB have been blessed to have our “home” in the Earl Restaurant.
 We will never forget the kindness shown to us by Denis Dempsey and his staff, and we thank them sincerely. Now that the “EARL” will be no more, we wish every happiness to all there who have looked after us so well, and we hope that, with God’s help, their future will be bright.

Our new venue will be in “LIFE HOUSE”, No. 6, GARDINER PLACE, DUBLIN l. This means the Club is returning to its roots, as its first premises were elsewhere in GARDINER PLACE, though there may not be many members now who were there at that time. We are fortunate to have found such a central and welcoming base in “LIFE HOUSE”, and we look forward to greeting our members and friends there. It’s not far from Parnell Square, either, and easy to find – along Gardiner Row, past Barry’s Hotel and Temple Street Hospital. Our first event there will be CARDS and GAMES on SATURDAY JANUARY 9TH, D.V., followed by the first TABLE QUIZ on THURSDAY JAN l4TH. We hope to see you all there, to get off to a good start.

Our JANUARY SALE will be held on SAT l6th, DV,and we resume our regular schedule on subsequent Saturday nights and alternate Thursdays.
