The Club’s ANNUAL BIRTHDAY DINNER DANCE IS IN THE MAPLES HOUSE HOTEL, GLASNEVIN, on SATURDAY OCTOBER l0th, DV. A DELICIOUS 4-COURSE MEAL and a BIRTHDAY CAKE, Raffle and Spot Prizes, will be followed by dancing to the music of Pat O’Neill’s Band, much enjoyed in recent years. The price remains at E40. This is the Club’s most exciting celebration of the year; PLEASE NOTE THE DATE NOW. YOU CAN BOOK BY GIVING YOUR NAME TO ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMITTEE, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, with a deposit, if you wish. INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TOO, THEY’LL BE MOST WELCOME. The Club’s Annual General Meeting is in October, DV, so think about suitable members to nominate to the Executive Committee to run the Club for next year. Club events continue on Saturday nights and alternate Thursdays in our venue, the EARL RESTAURANT, 26, North Earl St, where great meals, snacks, tea, coffee and cakes can be savoured daily from 8am to 5.30pm.
