PROGRAMME of EVENTS

SATURDAYS

 

 2nd CARDS and GAMES at 8.30pm: 


play 25, poker or board game: Dingbats, Trivial Pursuit, chess, Scrabble (De Luxe Edition), Countdown, Ludo, or SNOOKER and TABLE TENNIS. Have a nice supper also, all for Admission E5.

 

 

9th  ANNUAL BRING and BUY SALE starting at 8.30pm.


BUY items that suit you, BRING thosthat don’t, but may suit others, all to help YOUR CLUB. No door charge, tea and refreshments provided. Your friends are welcome too.

 

 

l6th FILM “HIGH NOON at 8.30pm,


 a classic Westerntense and taut, winner of 4 Oscars, including Best Actor for Gary Cooper, and Best Song “Do Not Forsake Me, Oh My Darling”. Also stars Grace Kelly. Enjoy a tasty supper tooCOME

 EARLY SO YOU MISS NOTHING. Admission E5.  23rd MIMES, MYSTERY and MIRTH at 8.30pm. Our FUN NIGHT for all, with brain-teasing puzzles to enjoy. A pleasant supper will be provided as well. Admission E5.

 

 

30th ”COME-ALL-YE” at 8.30pm


Bean-a-Ti Cait Clynch will give you an opportunity to sing, play, read or recite a poem or tell a story. Hesuppers are invariably delightful. Adm. E5.

 

JUNE 6th CARDS and GAMES at 8.30pm.

 

 

MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS  


We take a break on these nights at present, but table tennis, pool and

snooker players can indulge themselves on our Saturday Games Nights.

 
 
WEDNESDAYS

    

6th EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING at 8.30pm

 

 

THURSDAYS 7th and 21st TABLE QUIZZES at 8.30pm. 


 E16 for a table for 4; there’s a CASH PRIZE for winners and a PRIZE for the FUNNIEST WRONG ANSWER. Bring a team, or come on your own and join with others there. Easy questions, plus TEA and REFRESHMENTS, fun for everyone – all for E4.
