PROGRAMME of EVENTS


SATURDAYS

3rd NEW YEAR PARTY at 8.30pm, 

seasonal fare,turkey and ham sandwiches, Christmas Cake,mince pies, tasty trifle and cream, a glass of wine or orange, dance music by DJ Francis Lawlor, all for Admission El0. To help the Club’s “caterers”, could you and your friends give your names and a deposit (E5) to any Committee member in advance, please?


l0thCARDS and GAMES at 8.30pm 

25, poker, some of our many board games: Trivial Pursuit, Ludo,
Scrabble (De Luxe Edition), Countdown, chess, Dingbats, also SNOOKER and TABLE TENNIS, and a pleasant supper. Admission E5.


l7thFILM SHOW:LAUREL and HARDY NIGHT at 8.30pm.

By popular demand, the film world’s favourite comedy duo in a selection of amusing “shorts”. Admission E5 includes a tasty supper. You can bring your friends too - they’ll be welcome.

24thJANUARY SALE at 8.30pm

Why not recycle unwanted presents, items that may suit another better? All the fun of bargain-hunting, and excitment of a Raffle for fine prizes, organised by Patsy and Dolores. No door charge, refreshments served.

3lst”COME-ALL-YE” at 8.30pm

Bean-a-Ti Cait Clynch invites you to ‘do your piece’ – sing, play,read or recite a poem, tell a story; she serves a super supper also. Admission E5.

MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS We take a break on these nights at present, but table tennis, pool and snooker players can indulge themselves on our Saturday Games nights.

l5th TABLE QUIZ at 8.30pm

E16 for a table for 4; there’s a CASH PRIZE for winners and a
and PRIZE for the FUNNIEST WRONG ANSWER. Bring a team, or come on your own and join with 29th others there. A lot of easy questions, and fun for all! Tea and refreshments included in E4 charge.
