llth FILM “l00 MEN AND A GIRL”,

 by popular request another entertaining musical starring Deanna Durbin. Starts at 8.30pm. Admission E5 includes a pleasant supper. PLEASE COME ON TIME SO YOU MISS NOTHING. YOUR FRIENDS ARE WELCOME TOO.

   

 

l8th 44TH BIRTHDAY DINNER-DANCE at MAPLES HOTEL,

Iona Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, at 7.456 for  8pm.

 Enjoy a 4-course meal, Birthday Cake, Music by Pat O’Neill’s Band, Raffle and Spot Prizes – the highlight of the Club’s Festive occasions. Don’t miss it.

25th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING at 8.30 pm.

 All members are invited to come and take part in arranging  the running of YOUR CLUB for the next year, by discussing relevant issues and voting to elect the Executive Committee.      Followed by “COME-ALL-YE”. Your hostess Cait Clynch will invite you to sing, play a tune, recite or read a poem or tell a story. She will provide a scrumptious supper also. Admission E5.

l9th SOCIAL WORK GROUP visits BellVilla (Home for the Elderly), South Circular Road,Dublin 8. 

We bring sweets, magazines and friendship. Meet at the Home’s entrance at  4pm. Any members wishing to join in this good work should contact Teresa Talbot so necessary arrangements can be made.

 

MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS  We take a break on these

nights at present, but table tennis, pool and

snooker players can indulge themselves on our

SATURDAY GAMES nights.

9th TABLE QUIZ at 8.30pm. 

 E16 for a table for 4; there’s a CASH PRIZE for winners and a and PRIZE for the FUNNIEST WRONG ANSWER. Bring a team, or come on your own and join with 23rd others there. A lot of easy questions, and fun for all! Tea and refreshments included.
