1st     Cards and Games at 8.30 pm

pick your cards right for 25 or poker, or play a board game: Trivial Pursuit, Dingbats, Ludo, Countdown, Scrabble (De Luxe Edition), chess or a jigsaw. Have a nice supper, too. Admission €5

8th Film "Laura" at 8.30 pm

you know the haunting title theme, see lovely Gene Tierney in the role, with stars Dana Andrews, Clifton Webb and Vincent Price; this stylish mystery thriller was nominated for 5 Oscars.

 Enjoy a fine supper after.Admission €5.

lots of games to choose from, and all of them good fun. We'll serve a delicious supper, as well.

25th “Come-All-YE” at 8.30 pm

Your Hostess Cait Clynch will give you opportunity to sing, play a tune, read or recite a poem or tell a story. She will also provide a delightful supper, all for Admission €5

29th Mimes, Mirth and Music Night at 8.30 pm.

you can exercise those 'little grey cells' for mimes, and some other parts for music and dancing. Admission and a tasty supper €5.

SAT JULY 6th Cards and Games at 8.30 pm

Sunday

16th Social Work Group

visit Bell Villa (Home for the Elderly)South Circular Road, Dublin 8.

We bring sweets, magazines and friendship. Meet at the Home's gate at 2.45 pm. Any members wishing to join in this good work should contact Teresa Talbot so necessary arrangements can be made.

30th Bus Outing to Kilkenny

leaving Parnell SQ at 11 am. Bring comfortable shoes, and a picnic for evening. We'll return by about 8 pm. the cost, €35, includes a full lunch.

Monday

10th, 17th and 24th   Table Tennis at 8.30 pm.

Snooker, pool, Scrabble, chess, Bagatelle - a game new to most of us – or other board games, or come for a chat. Admission €3 includes tea and biscuits. 

Table tennis players are asked to wear suitable shoes to comply with Insurance Regulations.

Wednesday

5th Executive Committee Meeting at 8.30 pm.

Thursdays

13th and 27th Table quiz at 8.30 pm.

€16 for a table for 4; there's a Cash Prize for winners and a Prize for the Funniest Wrong Answer. Bring a team, or come on your own and join with others there.

 A lot of easy questions, and fun for all! 

Tea and biscuits included.

Fridays

7th, 14th,21st and 28th  Table tennis, pool, Snooker at 8.30 pm.
