9th FILM “THREE SMART GIRLS GROW UP”,
another one of the delightful light musicals that starred Deanna Durbin singing some beautiful songs,
with Robert Cummings and Helen Parrish. Starts at 8.30pm. A tasty supper will follow, all for Admission E5. PLEASE COME ON TIME SO YOU MISS NOTHING. INVITE FRIENDS TOO, THEY’LL BE WELCOME.

23rd MIMES, MIRTH and MYSTERY at 8.30pm - FUN NIGHT.
Exercise the ‘little grey cells’ and enjoy our first such event in our new venue. There will be a pleasant supper to savour too, all for E5.
30th "COME-ALL-YE” at 8.30pm.
Hostess Cait Clynch will give you an opportunity to sing, play a tune, recite or read a poem or tell a story. You’ll love her super supper. Admission E5.

visits BellVilla (Home mfor the Elderly), South Circular Road,
Dublin 8.
We bring sweets, magazines and friendship. Meet at the Home’s entrance at 4pm. Any members wishing to join in this good work should contact Teresa Talbot so necessary arrangements can be made.
MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS
We take a break on these nights at present, but table tennis, pool and snooker players can indulge themselves on our SATURDAY GAMES nights.

l4th and 28th TABLE QUIZ at 8.30pm.
E16 for a table for 4; there’s a CASH PRIZE for winners and PRIZE for the FUNNIEST WRONG ANSWER. Bring a team, or come on your own and join with others there. A lot of easy questions, and
fun for all! Tea and refreshments included.
ANNIVERSARY MASS for MARTIN AND EILEEN COEN
The holy sacrifice of Mass was offered in Holy
Spirit Church, Greenhills, Walkinstown, on Sat
July l2thth, for the repose of the souls of the
Club’s founder member and long-serving Chair-
person, Eileen Coen, and her husband, Martin,
Club President, to mark their anniversaries.
Several members attended and were thanked by
the Coen family. They are still sadly missed,
but we do our best to continue their good work
in the Club. May they rest in peace.
